Invitation to Re-Bid

Korean Cultural Center in Türkiye, a part of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea to  Türkiye (Korean Cultural Center, KCC) is inviting contractors to participate in the selection of its General Contractor Works for the hereunder project:

Name of Project: Interior Fit-Out Project for the Korean Cultural Center

Contract Duration: October 2026 – Feb 2027

Building Location: Ankara Nev 201(adress : 9895 Ada 79 Parsel, Ehlibeyt Mahallesi, Mevlana Bulvarı No: 201, 06520 Çankaya/Ankara)

Contractor’s Work scope: Scope of works includes (but not limited to)

- Architectural, Civil & Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Acoustics and Structural Cabling

Gross Floor Area: Gross Floor Area 2,241.97m², Net Exclusive Area 1,513.18 m²

*Office space to be renovated into a cultural activity area, auditorium, exhibition hall, language, culture and cooking classrooms and library

Estimated Budget: $ 3,100,000

(inclusive of construction, occupancy and other related permits)

* VAT exemption

* Final budget will be confirmed upon contract

Project Execution Duration: 150 calendar days starting from the contract date

              (If possible, we would like to complete the construction ahead of schedule)

Bidding Method: This bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures

RFP Schedule

• 1.Opening Date for Interior Fit-Out Works Re-Tender: 2 September, 2026

• 2.Pre-bid registration: 8 September, 2026, 18:00 (closing time)

• 3.Site Viewing & Briefing: 10 September, 2026

• 4.Tender Submission Date: 25 September, 2026, 16:00 (closing time)

• 5.Tender Evaluation: 28 September, 2026

• 6.Announcement of winning bidder:29 September, 2026

• 7.Start of General Works: October, 2026

• 8.Completion of General Works: End of Feb 2027

*Contract to be signed directly with KCC after the completion of negotiation

* Please note that these dates are subject to change, and the changed dates will be announced accordingly
